They have plugin for Wordpres or desktop application showing you your earnings/stats and more. Payment term is NET30 and is sent via Paypal, Payza, Check, WU, bank wire. You get paif once you make over $35. But the most interesting are better payment terms for publishers making over $3000 per week, those can get payments NET7.
