Program description in directory CLOSED THE REFERRAL PROGRAM WITHOUT NOTIFICATION, EARNINGS LOST

Illyx is French Pay Per Install company which pays in EUR and install rate is up to 0.80 € per install and starting at 0.15 €... I am not sure if you can monetize international traffic or only French. There is many useful applications and utilities for download and also other marketing formats like fake video, direct link downloads, classic banners, text banners and so on. It is in French language but it is easy to get oriented and you can switch the script settings into almost any language. For some stuff you need to contact affiliate manager anyway. It is running on platform which is used by other similar PPI programs. With many products you can put their ads on movie, gaming, adult, mp3, forex and other sites...Payments are sent by bank wire, check or Paypal.
