InstallMonetizer lets you make money with installs. If you are software developer than you can bundle their EXE and make your SW developing work profitable. Their advertisers are well known names like Bing or Real Player and others slowly are added.
Now also content owners can make money... If you have wallpaper site, or Font or eBooks or something else downloadable than you can tell Installmonetizer during signup that you like to use their content wrapper and provide the URL where is your content.
And you can also ask to promote some of their SW like Games or Utilities... than ask for biginstall. Than you would be carefully reviewed and eventually accepted. Make sure you are honest and ready to monetize your SW, content or their tools, games.
They pay up to $1.5 per install. This is why are all new publishers of InstallMonetizer carefully reviewed. There are NET30 payment terms and minimum pamynet is $100. Payment is sent via Paypal, Webmoney, Payoneer Check or bank wire.

Been starting to see some good numbers, since I wasnt really promoting my software it was nice to see. Then all of a sudden this month, downloads shot up but installmonetizer were reporting virtually no conversions. Turns out the installer is being blocked by a number of antivirus programs not a good look for my software.To make matters worse, they do not respond to support queries. Their payout rate is pretty good. But their support is the worst of all advertizers Ive worked with (and most of them are already pretty bad). Youll constantly struggle with your software being detected as a virus due to InstallMonetizers bundle.exe. It changes so frequently, every two days, so that virus scanners cannot catch up. Their support stuff generally ignores issues like this, falsly claiming it has already been adressed, ect, when effectively doing nothing. Most of your support requests and questions will be ignored anyway. Even if you report serious bugs, youll be ignored. Sometimes youll get lucky and a few selected questions will be answered, which generally boils down to not understanding your problem in first place.Their website claims they provide world-class support... yeah, sure you do, and Im the smartest software developer on earth why? just because I say so ...talk is cheap.So if you can live with no support at all, and constant negative email and bad forum entries of users thinking you are distributing viruses, this one is for you. Just joined and released a demo app which includes install monetizer. All went well, even made a few cents on first day of release. Then I noticed that no installs, accepted or rejected, were being reported. I did a further test install which I had done initially and had no problems withand noticed that avast was blocking the installer and reporting it as a threat. Im using InstallMonitizer.com now:- awful reports.- their customers accepts about 20 of installs only :As an example: You may have 1.000 install attempts, only 100 are from USA, and only 20 of them are approved..... and you have to wait 2-3 weeks to view how much are approved. Thanks Pay-per-install for linking me to InstallMonetizer.com Ive been marketing my music editor via download sites for 3 years now. Most of the money I make per install comes from the offers I show in my program. I used to plugin with LoudMo, they are the WORST Full of crap that will make your users hate you. I used W3i or their other site freeze.com. Slightly better than LoudMo, but not by too much. They have a free advertising program they pitched me, but its NOT worth the money they pay up front. I tried OpenCandy but I get annoyed with the stats and payouts which are pretty low although advertisers are good.InstallMonetizer is new i think 1 year as of 2010 but I see them all over the web. I switched to them 3 months back. Ive been a fan. They pay on time and I make shit loads more money than with opencandy. They have good amount of advertisers- not bad.Anyways... I hope other developers find my review useful. We all get tempted with quick money and forget that once we get negative ratings from WOT and Norton, our money will quickly disappear.
